Five Graduate from Tennessee Fire & Codes Academy

   The Kingston Springs Fire Department sent five (5) members to the Tennessee Fire & Codes Academy this weekend to complete their "Live Burn" exercise(s). With the completion of this course, the members have now successfully met all requirements of the mandated sixty-four (64) hour training. Firefighters Travis Shaw and Simeon Fritz have now completed their "Probationary" period with the Department. Probationary Firefighters Jr Whitsitt, Cory Blackmore and Preston Landcaster, who are the newest members of the Department, are on schedule to complete their Probationary period this year. "We are very proud of these men for completing their Live Burn at the State Academy this weekend", Captain Vaughan stated.
