The words of our mission summarize what we do, but it's the men and women of the Kingston Springs Fire Department that embrace these words daily and continue to make a difference in our community that are the key. The Kingston Springs Fire Department is an "All Risk" department, meaning we have, and will always, respond to the needs of the community, regardless of the nature of the incident.  Our Department is comprised of specialists in the areas of structural firefighting, vehicle extrication, water rescue, collapse rescue, hazardous materials response, search and rescue, basic and advanced life support, and incident command.  Additionally, Emergency Medical Service accounts for a significant portion of our workload and the Kingston Springs Fire Department is proud to provide the very best of prehospital and emergency medical care to its community.  Evidence of this is seen within the Department's ranks with a licensed Paramedic, five Emergency Medical Technicians and several First Responders.

In closing, I wish each one of you health and safety, but know that whatever and wherever the need, your community's bravest members, members of the Kingston Springs Fire Department, are committed to being there with you.

Thank you,

Chief Eugene Ivey
